Process

* the glass jars are placed in the transport cups and pushed onto the conveyor belt in rows
* the containers pass through the individual stations of the filling and closing machine – blow-out and suction station – spinning and filling – inspection station – placement * of intermediate lid – closing station - type MFCS-R
* in the second closing machine the caps are placed and screwed on up to a specified torque and checked - type MCS-R
* then a bottom label is attached and the jars are lifted out of the cups by a lifting conveyor - type FAB
* the empty transport cups are returned and optionally used again before the cup feed table
