Processing line fordouble-mascara and lipgloss.

During the processing of „double products“ (capacity up to 10.800/h) the processed containers from the upper lineare transported to the robot system in the bottom line. There they are inserted into the second container and are assembled screwed together in the follow-up closing machine.

Process steps:

* the bottle positioner sorts the containers directly into the pucks
* checking, filling, weighing and inserting of wipers in linear transport - type MFCS-L
single product - capacity up to 10.800/h:
* inserting and applying of brushes- type KVK
* removal out of pucks - type FAB
double product - capacity up to 21.600/h:
* infeed of brushes via disc sorting unit into pucks, or infeed in trays via saving module - type SPM
* inserting brushes from pucks of the upper line or from trays - type ROB
* closing of brushes- type KVK
* removal out of the pucks - type FAB
